Concerns
I've been doing a little more research about weight loss. I've found some pretty interesting things about what is healthy. For extreme weight loss, at my weight, I've found that I should eat 2700 calories or so. As I said in my last post, I am eating about 1700 calories a day, and I am having trouble eating that much. I'm not hungry, I don't feel weak and I have plenty of energy. I guess the best thing for me to do is just see how my body is reacting to the change. Hopefully I'll stay healthy and lose weight.

Worst case scenario you go 10 days with a deficit of 1,000 calories per day and then on day 10 you have a gigantic whack out and consume 10,000 calories in one meal.
